Life is dynamic. At one point we feel enlightened, We feel being connected to ourselves and we feel that we are already connected with everyone and everything. This feeling is very beautiful as we can get 100% involved with everyone and everything we interact with, we feel good to know more about life from the strangers.
But on the contrary, we have the days when everything seems to be chaotic and conflicting, we feel that here’s no one who could acknowledge how awful we feel.
No matter how hard we try to run away from our problems and situations they hold on us for too tight. So, why not start to take the pain but focus on other good parts of our life, than to suffer and run away each time when situations are testing us?
We cannot get away from things that give us pain so easily but can choose to focus more on the other beautiful things that life has to offer.We can hold onto only limited amount of sand in our hand, as we try to fill in small pebbles in our fist, the sand flows away. Just as we can hold only a limited number of things in our hand by closing our fist, we can hold onto only limited sensations at the present moment.
So why not hold onto things that make us feel happy and satisfied and soon they will overflow the things, feelings, situations that are making us feel hollow within will go away?
